Wedge Wire

Wedge wire is a robust construct of profiled wire, which creates an extremely accurate form of screen. Wedge Wire is normally manufactured using stainless steel and comes in a varity of forms – Flat panels, curved panels, discs drums and also in cylindrical form. Wedge Wire becomes extremely succesful when strength and accuracy are required in filtration and is used mainly when high pressure filtration is needed. Apertures range from 0.10 to 20mm with wire profiles and support wires to compliment. Wedge Wire can be used in a wide range of applications including pertro chemical, Utilities and waste mangement, food and beverage and pharmaceuticals.
